June 16th-17th 2008 - UNESCO Falconry workshop, France, Paris, Mercure hotel.
Over 20 countries will present their contributions towards the possible UNESCO intangible cultural heritage
submission.
October 13th-18th 2008 - International Falconry Field Meeting in Canada, Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

March 8th 2008 - International Symposium for Conservation of Birds of Prey in Japan - Nagoya.
A part of Japanese Birds of Prey is under the control of The Ministry of Environment of Japan as endangered species. The species are conserved by the several actions as follows: investigation of the population, preservation of the habitat, restriction of capture, enactment of the conservation laws.
More info about symposium are here. Symposium has been very successful approaching number of 100 participants including important persons such as staffs of several government office,
corporation, teachers, zoo, veterinarian, researcher and
citizens.

castle.
Hunting days of this 41th meeting will be 9th-11th.
Foreign falconers and visitors are welcomed. Details about
the registration and the meeting will be available in July

Accommodation will be automatically reserved by Czech
Falconry Clubs for all registered falconers.

Website changes and updating of contact lists are almost completed and we are now in a position to send
out the first E-news bulletin for some time. Since the 2006 AGM in November 2006 the AC have been
extremely busy with an average of four items under discussion at any one
time, many of them requiring urgent action.
